1. Sample Request

Reach out to our team expressing your interest in obtaining sample ebikes. You can do this through our website’s contact form, email, or phone and we will respond within 24 hours.

2. Model Selection

After receiving your request, our team will design and manufacture ebikes that best suit your needs and requirements. Or you can choose the existing ebikes, which will greatly speed up the process of getting samples.

3. manufacturing

After finalizing the e-bike model, we will initiate the manufacturing process adhering to rigorous quality control protocols. Prior to shipment, each e-bike will undergo comprehensive test rides to guarantee impeccable performance and flawless appearance.

4. Shipping

Upon completion of the e-bikes, we shall promptly dispatch the samples to your designated location. Additionally, a tracking number will be provided to facilitate real-time monitoring of the shipment progress.

5.Feedback & Communication

Upon receiving the samples, we kindly request you to assess their quality. Throughout the evaluation period, we encourage you to share your valuable feedback and any inquiries you may have. Our dedicated team is at your disposal to assist and address all your needs.
