Limited Warranty Policy

ENWE offers a comprehensive, limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship for all electric bicycle models and their components. This warranty assures customers of a confident and satisfying purchase experience. During the warranty service period, starting from the product’s delivery date, any defective parts resulting from ENWE will be repaired or replaced at no cost. To avail of this warranty, clients need to provide the original purchase receipt as proof of purchase and ensure that the e-bike is still within the warranty period.
Electric Bicycle Warranty Period:
From the date of delivery, the warranty periods provided by ENWE for the following components are:
*Frame: 5 years
*Other parts and accessories: 1 year
The limited warranty does not include the following:
- Any products not sold on our website.
- Defects or corrosion caused by external factors, such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, accidents, improper storage, theft, and other similar reasons.
- All human-caused issues, including defects or damage resulting from improper operations such as assembly, testing, use, maintenance, modifications, upgrades, and any related activities.
- Consumables or parts subject to normal wear and tear, which includes, but is not limited to, tires, tubes, brake pads, cables and housing, grips, chain, and spokes. These components may experience natural wear and tear during regular storage and usage.
- Products whose serial numbers or barcodes have been removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or illegible.
- This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the frame, fork, or any other components.
warranty process
1) During the warranty period, the customer can get in touch with the customer service staff of ENWE via email, telephone, or any other communication method.
2) It is necessary to provide pictures or videos of the problematic part so that we can evaluate the problem.
3) After receiving all the information we need, we will notify the technical department, and the technical department will guide the customer to repair.
4) Once the technical department determines that some part must be replaced, we will send you replacement parts and assist you in replacing or installing the new parts into your ebike.

Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects but does not cover normal wear and tear, damage or failure caused by an accident, incidental or consequential damage, or misuse of our product in violation of the instructions.

The processing time for your order depends on the quantity and specific model requirements. In-stock orders can typically be completed within a minimum of 9 days. However, for customized orders, the lead time may be longer.
