With a decade of operation, ENWE has a monthly production capacity of 10,000 ebikes, catering to diverse customer needs with efficiency and expertise. Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects but does not cover normal wear and tear, damage or failure caused by an accident, incidental or consequential damage, or misuse of our product in violation of the instructions.

The processing time for your order depends on the quantity and specific model requirements. In-stock orders can typically be completed within a minimum of 9 days. However, for customized orders, the lead time may be longer.
